Regina Vorgang creates one-of-a-kind handwoven rugs and tapestries. Using hand-dyed wool, she brings design, color and texture together to create handwoven rugs that can decorate as well as enliven a living space, either by use on the floor as a rug or hung on the wall as a tapestry.

"There is something so satisfying about the colors and textures of a woven piece. It harkens back to a time when handmade objects were the norm, combining beauty and usefulness together for a more uplifting environment.

To me, a person's home is like a canvas, that can be filled with merely functional items, or with handcrafted objects that have both a function and an aesthetic purpose. I wish to be part of an old tradition of making something by hand that expresses beauty while being functional."
